Return Policy:

We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their succulent clippings. In the rare event that your cuttings arrive damaged , we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide a picture of the succulent to demonstrate that the plant did not arrive alive. This will serve as proof of the condition of the plant upon delivery.

Upon verification of the issue, we will be happy to send you a replacement cutting. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make sure that you receive a healthy and beautiful succulent plant.

Please note: We do accept special requests or offer replacements for requested colors or succulent variations. All of our boxes are curated by season and inventory and all customers receive an assortment of mystery cuttings.
